Service Options
We offer our clients two distinct service types: complete turnkey service and BOQ service.
Complete turnkey service encompasses our team of estimators procuring material, equipment and subcontractor costs, before submitting a thorough proposal back to the client.
In contrast, our BOQ or Bill of Quantities service entails delivering material takeoff quantities to the client for sourcing supplier quotations. We still provide labour hours, but we don’t handle any pricing.
The selection between these two service varieties is influenced by your budget and your project management style preference.
Complete turnkey service provides the most extensive and hassle-free solution, whereas BOQ service is well-suited for those who wish to maintain a more hands-on role in the procurement procedure.
